  • Are you a fitness expert?

    Not at all. I am not claiming to be anything. I am just a guy who wants to make a change. The advice given on this site is just that. Advice. I have no training and expect that everyone who reads the information on this site uses it for motivation and to create their own plan for success.

  • Is there a plan for me to follow?

    No. Each person is unique. I created my plan and published my results as I went along on this website. Your 31 day reboot can be in any area of your life that needs realignment. This site was to serve as a private repository for my thoughts and goals as I progressed in my journey. What I realized is that I needed adequate motivation to reach my goals and decided to use it as an outlet to not only track my progress, but to gather what motivated me and share it with anyone who needs it.

  • What is the point of this website?

    This website started as a way for me to journal about my 31 day reboot. A way to boost my intellectual and occupational wellness. I am a web developer by trade, but have always loved to write. I am a bit out of practice, but wanted to journal about my experience. I planned on using it to track my progress and keep track on my daily food intake, fitness regimen and more, but as I began preparation for my journey, I realized that I needed inspiration and motivation. I figured since I was going to be seeking inspiration and motivation from other sources, I might as well gather them and put them all in one place and maybe others could benefit too.
